Toronto Dinner Cruise

Public dinner cruises are made up of individuals and small groups who wish to cruise, but do not want the expense of a private exclusive charter. It is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the spectacular views Toronto Harbour and Islands have to show.

We are already working on our 2022 schedule and will add cruises here as we schedule them.

Frequently asked questions about our Toronto Dinner Cruise options.

As many of our guests have never cruised before, we thought we would answer many of the questions that we often hear.

Are our tickets refundable?
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. However, if you decide at least 48 hours prior to your cruise that you would like to change dates, we may certainly do that for you. There will be a surcharge of $10.00 per ticket. If you are unable to make your cruise you may give your tickets to another person.

What if the weather forecast calls for rain?
We cruise rain or shine. There have been very few occasions over the last 30 years that have stopped us from cruising. If we were to cancel a cruise for any reason, we would be in touch and let you know.

Is there reserved seating?
Yes. However, from time to time, there will be no reserved seating. This will be indicated on the website under the description of the cruise. Reserved seating means you will have your own table for the meal. Please note there is no seating which we would call “intimate”, if you are seeking a secluded corner for two!

Is there food?
Yes, with every cruise we provide a meal. Details are listed on this website. In general we provide one of our popular buffets. They are not “all you can eat” buffets; we serve one healthy portion per person. You will be provided with a meal ticket upon boarding the ship.

How should we dress?
One should dress as one prefers; we suggest smart casual. While our ships are carpeted, we suggest ladies wear practical footwear (not 5 inch stilettos) Perhaps a sweater or jacket for cooler evening breezes would be beneficial.

Are children allowed?
Yes.  Some boat companies do not allow children.  We do.  However, some cruises are not appropriate for children. Children’s rates will be noted if allowed.

Are your ships wheelchair accessible?
Yes and no. While our gangways are tailored to allow wheelchairs access to the ship, our washrooms and other decks are accessible only via stairways. See our page on accessibility.

Do you have group rates?
We do not offer group rates for our open dinner cruises. However, if your group is over 30 people, you may wish to consider a private charter. Please see our cruise packages for some great deals.

What if I miss the boat?
If you arrive late and the boat has left, you may call the water taxi service to bring you to the ship. We suggest you give yourselves plenty of time to get downtown and find a parking space.

May we make special requests?
If you are celebrating a Birthday, anniversary or any other special event, you may certainly call the office to inquire about pre-purchasing a cake, a bottle of wine, balloons, etc. We would be happy to assist!

Are reservations necessary?
To cruise on one of our open cruises, it is necessary for you to pre-purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets may not be purchased at the dock as we have prepared food based on the number of tickets sold.
Reservations are also mandatory even if you have pre-purchased a Groupon or Wagjag coupon.

Are we allowed to smoke on board?
There is no smoking on any open public cruises.
On private parties, there is a designated smoking area on the top deck of the ship; food and beverages may not be consumed in this spot.
This is in compliance with the Ontario Smoking bylaws, as pertaining to passenger vessels.
